#AskTheExpert My age is 38. Always I had regular periods. From last 2 months I got the periods early within 20days. What is the reason for early periods?

Dan in a lot of cases the Sims can happen due to hormonal imbalance in the body which is why I would recommend you to have a word with your gynaecologist once after physical assessment only Dev able to help with proper course of medication to regulate your menstrual cycle
