#AskTheExpert mam my wife has completed 37 week of pragnancy and last night her bp was 145/99.she is also taking bp pills. she is also suffering through itching problems. oxygen level was 99,98,82 . according to latest ultrasound report her delivery date is 11/11/2023 .her placenta is anterior. should we go for a Ceserian delivery or wait for normal? plz tell us

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. if the patient is taking tablets for blood pressure it is always indicator not to go for normal delivery trial and get a cesarean section delivery done to avoid any chances of sudden rise in BP and other complications during pregnancy
