#AskTheExpert Mam my son age of 11 months on his cheeks are red like allergy can you suggest any lotion to reduce it.

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. redness over cheeks can be a sign of teething also. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly use soft warm clothing. don't overwrap your child.. always visit your paediatrician for proper treatment

Hello ma’am See first you don’t need to know the kind of allergy it is but still I would advise you to start applying Cetaphil lotion twice a day and monitor it for a week if they subside within a weeks time and do not reappear then it is very well and good otherwise you may need to consult your paediatrician for a proper medication for the allergy
