#AskTheExpert mam I have 4 months old baby girl and exclusive on breastfeed.she poops 15-20 times in a day but in very small quantity. dr said that ur breast milk is very sugary. what should I do?

A. it's fine and ok. breastfeeding is the best source of immunity and nutrition for baby . Exclusive mother feeding should be done for six months for brain growth . No formula milk is recommended as it s not needed . No ghutti or water till six months .
