Q.

#AskTheExpert mam I have 12 year old daughter she have one month running period and she going to very week. last time we take vitamin and iron medicine from local doctor but now for corona we can't go to see doctor and doctor also ask us this time he only take corona type pesent. we tested blood for thyroid report is normal. please recommend any suggestions.. thank you..

A. Take online consultation from a gynaecologist and start her iron supplement for now atleast for two to three months and keep her weight in control and also avoid giving too many carbohydrates in diet and give more proteins in the form of pulses sprouts and green leafy vegetables

A. Actually you should consult gynaecologist. Gynaecologist only can give you proper treatment for this problem. Your daughter's periods must be have started recently as per her age. In the initial days it happens with many girls. Don't worry it will stable after some days
