#AskTheExpert mam I am a 5 months old baby's mother .breast milk is not sufficient.plz suggest me how can I improve breast milk and which food shall I give to child if necessary?

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, you can give formula milk as a top feed. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated. You can take lactose granules. please check with your paediatrician before taking it.
Semisolid food is started once the baby complete six months. So exclusively breastfeed or you can give top feed until the completion of six month for the good growth and immunity.
