ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Hello dear It is better that you give a gap of atleast 3 months before you conceive and take folic acid medications during this 3 months. Also better to avoid all those which don’t have studies backing them while pregnant
