#AskTheExpert madam mucus is forming more for our 12 days kid and rashes are coming on face.. could u pls suggest any baby soap

avoid using any cosmetics.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
keep that area clean.
place slightly wet Cotton clothe on rashes .
maintain good hygiene

as your child is passing stool with mucus ,you should consult your pediatrician.
keep breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs.
as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food.
burp your baby well.
Maintain good hygiene.
