#AskTheExpert Maam pls suggest as I want to give only breastmilk to mine child as it is not coming after her birth ony 15 days it came..I don't want to give topfeed as isn't suiting mine baby stomach as she is having lactose intolerance. Pls suggest.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Since the old days in India, there is a common practice of consuming cumin seeds (jeera) panjiri with dry fruits and jaggery instead of sugar, which is given to a new mother after five to six days of delivery. Cumin seeds enhance milk production.
