#AskTheExpert maaam I have very serious pain dur to milk blocked in my right breast ....even though I feed my kid both the sides equally .....this happens in every two days....he pain is terrible ...I also have white pimple in the nipple everytime I get this ....kindly help me

While being a lactating mother it is quite normal and you should not worry about it at all. You should always try to feed your baby equally from both the breast. Baby should be totally your mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to your baby till six months
