#AskTheExpert Ma'am, My baby is 1yr old. She takes her dinner at 9.30p.m and normally goes to bed by 10.30p.m. But she wokes up 5-6 times in the night and after breastfeeding she sleeps again. So is it normal or shall we give some other to her at night??

ExpertRicha SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. hello dear good morning by this time the baby should be sleeping at a go for the night time and early in the morning baby should get up for the field so you can check up why the baby is doing so if the baby is not comfortable you can make sure that the baby is wearing soft cotton clothes the baby is not sweating at night you can even massage the legs before making the baby sleep that will give comfort
