Q.

my kid's age is 9 months?in night he usually have dinner at 9.30 pm...but before going to bed he also takes 5 ounce milk...is it ok?

A. its okay. milk is very important for kids.. you should always feed on demand.. you can also continue night breast feeding sessions to induce better sleep in your child

A. Yes it is normal,Between 8 months and 1 year of age, your baby needs 750 to 900 calories a day. 3 Half of that (about 450 calories) should come from breast milk. 450 calories equal approximately 24 ounces (720 ml) of breast milk daily.
