#asktheexpert Ma'am I am 33 weeks pregnant. I have pain or cramps around the right side lower abdominal, It was constant pain during the early pregnancy but now it is more instant when i raise my right leg and in the night also. is it normal during the whole pregnancy journey?

A. In the right iliac fossa, there could be chronic appendicitis or ovarian cyst, and an ultrasound scan might help. If it is tolerable, then consult your doctor at your convenience, but if it is not bearable, then go to the emergency immediately
