First Target for yourself as to how much did you need to reduce apart from that also I would advise you that if you can do dieting consult a dietician take a diet and start working out that really interest you that you will never be bored of co-ahead with that do this and lastly if you can follow intermittent fasting you will get good results with that but it’s not easy so you can start from 12 to 16 hours you’ll definitely get a good inch loss with that
