First of all saline water mouth to bring so keep the water in mouth and swish from side to side atleast for one minute and do it thrice a day and avoid hard foods and sweets and and keep a clove close to the aching tooth abd take a dental appointment

Clove you can keep in between your teeth because dad juice which is going to be release is going to help in reducing down the pain along with that I think your pregnancy and consult your gynaecologist she’ll help you with the best painkiller to go for and please Gary check with a paediatric dentist as well
