#AskTheExpert m 5 month pregnant.. I have backpain all. the time sometime i gt severe cramps in my back.. and it's very painful for me to get up when m in lying position

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Get up by moving to your side and consider using a pregnancy pillow or even a pregnancy support back belt as that will reduce the strain on the back a bit
