Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. low weight of baby you can give vitamin supplements as zincovit drops or a to z drops consulting your pediatric.. exclusively breast feed baby till six months.. mother milk help in weight gain.. maintain feeding gap of around 2-3hrs between feeds..
