#asktheexpert little one is suffering food poisoning. Anything she is eating is getting vomited out. What to give her to eat in this case

give food in very small quantities and mainly keep her on fluids as it is important to keep her well hydrated as well.
please consult the doctor if she is not able to take on handle fluids as well.
