A. Hai good morning !! For improving Breast milk production have lactating foods - Milk and diary products ,rusk,bread toast ,papaya,chikoo,poppy seeds ,garlic,garlic milk ,kheema,having more water will improve milk supply. Give direct feed the more baby latches the more milk produces.
