Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children4 years agoA. lumbar pain after pregnancy is is very common but it is not good and better consult doctor also you should avoid lifting heavyweights and avoid bending down for sometime till your lumbar pain goes and take some calcium supplements after Consulting doctor
