Hello ma’am I would just advise you to just mix all the vegetables together chop them well and make a stuff Paratha for your child with good amount of potato into it because that way your child will probably only see potato and have that parathas this way you will at least incorporate some amount of vegetables you can make vegetable fried rice or something like that you have to basically work on different varieties to feed vegetables to your child
