please do the following things:
don't sit or stand for long period.
don't cross your legs while sitting.
take Healthy and well blanaced diet especially calcium rich food like dairy products,nuts , dry fruits etc more
avoid drinking RO water.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
