#AskTheExpert its been 3 months of delivery..i am facing problem of breast engroachment and clogged milk ducts often..it s very painful..havr contacted many doctors but didnt get the cause of problem and solution..please help me out with this

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Breast engorgement is very much normal during breastfeeding.. If u get milk ducts very often then u can do hot fomenting on the breast to get relief. The more u feed the less engorgement wil be there. Take care
