#AskTheExpert Hi doc, I have a 1 month old baby and she don't take feed properly due to which I am facing clogged milk ducts problem/breast lumps. how do I unclog ducts..?

A. you should not apply hot compress instead you should apply cold compress so as to relieve the pain you can take advice from the lactation expert for this as well

A. Do Hot compress 3 to 4 times in a day which will help in melting down those clogged lamps into your breast and you’ll have a free flow after that and if you have good amount of feeding you can also express your breast feed and you can give it to the child with the help of a feeding bottle as well
