A. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is very common after delivery as it depends on hormonal changes. Few mommies get their periods even while breastfeeding and few might not get even after an year. Both are normal. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Speak to your doctor for safer contraceptive measures.
