#asktheexpert it's been more then one month my daughter has fallen the upper teeth but still no sign of coming new teeth

A. hi usually within a gap of 3-6 months after shedding of milk teeth, permanent teeth erupts. you can wait for some more time or else consult with your nearest pediatric dentist

A. It will come when it has to come it is not necessary that if anyone has fallen down immediately the second will come followed following it so it’s okay sometimes teeth break can take about about our month or two so need not worry about it the new one will come when the guns are ready for next eruption
