#asktheexpert It's been a month breastfeeding has stopped suddenly today I felt some tightness and fullness in one breast I gently massage and expressed some milk from both nipple there is pain in 1 side till my left hand shoulder how to dry up please guide

A. hi. kindly do warm bath and followed by breast massage in circular motion. it will help you. if pain is contineous and intesnsity is more, better to meet your doctor.
