Q.

#asktheexpert It's been 1 year after delivery but still my wife is suffering from huge hairfall and hairs became very thin .. please suggest to stop it .. thank you

A. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly. have protein powder with milk twice a day. eat protein rich diet. drink lots of water. once check your thyroid and prolactin levels

A. Hello dear good evening.... Try this.... make this own herbal hair oil at home it's very effective. I have been using this post delivery and the results are too good. You will need coocnut oil 500ml, two spoons mustard seed, two spoons methi seeds, grated amla one cup, hibsucs leaves few, hibsucs flowers few, small onion 10, now heat coocnut oil and bring to Boil then add all these ingredients and boil again well so the co'or of the oil will change to dark brown to black color then immediately filter the oil and make sure to use it daily or regularly for good results
