#AskTheExpert it has been more than 1 year after delivery still periods hasn't returned...I'm actively breastfeeding

A. It is normal during breast feeding phase so nothing to worry about it and eat a healthy diet abd start some physical exercise in your daily routine and drink plenty of liquids as well take care
