Q.

#AskTheExpert It has been 25 days that my baby has been delivered. I am trying to give her breast feed, but the milk production and flow is very less so it's taking nearly 1hour for each feed. Even after an hour still the milk is not sufficient for the baby. I am using lactare tablets. What more can i do yo get the milk production increase?

A. Hello dear parent! Make a good skin contact with your baby while feeding. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. As long as your baby is active and healthy, passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times a day, gradually gaining weight then nothing to worry. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Consult a lactation expert.
