When you include foods from all food groups like whole grains, pulses milk, paneer, curd , cheese, egg, fish, chicken, vegetables, fruits nuts
baby gets all the required Nutrients for growth

as per my opinion,if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need of extra medicines.
just offer homemade healthy food.
keep your child well hydrated
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
maintain good hygiene
