ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. these medications are not advisable to be taken for a longer period and if there is very severe acidity only then take simple pantoprazole and don't take it with a combination of domperidone. also take syrup gaviscon instead which is safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding
