AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Yes it is safe. But prefer giving homemade freshly prepared food to ur baby. Packed food contains preservatives and artificial flavours which are not good for babies. Take care and all the best

PallaviMom of a 7 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. hello...give only home cooked fresh food...don't give cerelac it's packaged food...not healthy...At 6 months Start with offering daal and rice water first then increasing the diet to mashed foods that are easily digested which may include.... vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, lauki) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana, Avocados)well cooked rice or iron enriched rice cereal. coarsely mashed fruit and vegetables ...
