#AskTheExpert is it okay to go for root canal and filling as advised by the dentist at such a tender age... ?? I'm sceptical!

A. yes. you should go for the treatment as the milk teeth are as important as the permanent teeth. you will have to save the tooth till it is replaced by the permanent tooth
