#AskTheExpert is it ok to only breastfeed my child without water solid until 1 year

A. nope it's not.. after 6 month you should start giving complimentary food.. Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed. Follow three day rule. Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods, as they still form an essential part of the infant diet till 1 year.

A. Hi dear mom No it is not OK. As the baby is growing so need more nutrients for growth and development of the baby which now only breast milk can't give. So start with the semi solids and water once ur baby completes six months
