Yes pimples on the face is milia on the baby face which will disappear on its own as the baby grows up. So no need to worry. Use good skin care products for ur baby like babyhug products that are safe to use..
Yes cough can also be there. For that give steam inhalation to ur baby 2-3 times in a day.
