A. it's not normal, but yes pretty common because of block tear ducts. Do nasal massage on area between eyes and nose several times a day to open up the closed ducts.The tear duct obstruction usually clears for most babies by one year

A. hi yes ,it is usually normal it happens because of blocked tear ducts just give gentle massage from inner sides of eyes to tip of nose it will help
