No Or a four year old child it is not normal to lose head it’s mostly due to some deficiency probably that iron and sometimes it could be due to some fungal infection in the scalp also and sometimes when you proper hygiene and cleanliness is not maintained that time also we can see these kind of things but it’s not termed normal for sure
