#asktheexpert is it normal for 1 year old to refuse to eat foods even when meals are provided on fixed time and intervals?

A. Hi mommy Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting Give healthy protein rich nutritious food Children are fussy eaters at this age its normal and common They may be teething tired, not yet ready for solids, or just don’t need as much food as you are feeding them
