#asktheexpert is it necessary to use contraceptive after delivery if I am not having any physical intimacy. is there any other reason for using contraceptive other than birth control?

A. If you’re not having intercourse, so then there is no need to take contraceptive unless you had any health issues or PCOS before pregnancy and you’re seeking regularising your cycles
