ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no. Gripe water should not be used in babies, because of their ingredients contains in it .
Gripe water generally include sugar and alcohol, sodium bicarbonate, excess of it is harmful for babies.
It is not good for baby just give only breast milk.
Only breast milk is sufficient for your baby till first 6 month.
Burp properly after each feed.
avoid any self medication.
