It is not good for baby just give only breast milk.
Only breast milk is sufficient for your baby till first 6 month.
burp properly after each feed.
avoid any self medication.

No Gripe water is a really risky thing to be given to the child Doctor Who never adviser recommended to go for great photo you should never actually give gripe water to the child it’s really risky it’s really dangerous so I am also going to say the same you should not be giving gripe water to the child at any cost
