A. you can go ahead no harm. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion

Yes If you are a paediatric dentist is advisable to go ahead with that then you should go ahead with it because the cavity must have reached the route which is why your doctor must have advised you to go for root canal and a Doctor Who has monitored it witnesses can always advise you better so yes you can go ahead with it
