DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 9 months old and if you are going to give her influenzas vaccinations two doses before 12 months then she may get protected from Covid infection to some extent
Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Vaccination needs to be given to child only when the present covid situation becomes favourable and under full safety precautions.if there is any delay it will not have any adverse effect but
mandatory vaccinations specially under one year of age should be on the priority list followed by optional vaccine later on .due to strict pandemic situation,in such condition most important vaccination should be given on priority which your doctor will decide.
Influenza vaccine should be given to children above 6 months of age in thm6is season if not given to avoid unnecessary hospitalisation and other risk factors because of flu infection.it is repeated after one year as a booster dose.
