Though it is not a mandatory vaccine but it should be given to every child to protect against different flu infection which is very common every year . this vaccine is given after 6 months of age and initially two doses are given one month apart then every year single dose is required .xxxb
It is not documented but still studies suggest that to some extent it may give partial protection against covid infection .
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Not every year. almost all vaccines are good n safe to give though they may not be compulsory to babies still it's always good to give and be safer. Few hospitals would say few are mandatory and few or not. still all vaccines are must for babies and its safe to give it. Never miss any vaccine to your child.
