#asktheexpert Is finding a golden hair on otherwise black hair 5yr old child normal? does it point towards some deficiency or shampoo frequency??

A. Their is no specific cause for it, might be nutritional deficiencies , hars shampoo or genetic factors rule, Give fresh fruits , green veggies, and home made food with high protein diet. Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture and nourishment to hair If it keeps increasing do visit your doctor.

No It’s not because of the shampoo that you are using these days hair colour can change drastically kids are even taking both with grey hair so bold and it is not surprising for me it’s basically due to the kind of food habits we are having these days we are not eating anything for sure that as an in terms of result we are seeing these days with kids but it’s normal
