Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. healthy gut is always better to maintain good health even in adults too. a weak immune system can cause cause eczema. but these are issues which can be resolved by eating right. give lots of fresh fruits and vegetables to the baby. give enough water which us really important. keep the skin well moistured. atogla lotion is very good to help prevent dry skin.
