A. it is advisable to meet a lactation expert will guide you regarding breastfeeding and drink plenty of water as well as 500 ml of milk and go for formula milk instead of cow's milk for backup

A. Hello dear parent! For the first one year after birth the baby should be either breastfed or formula fed only. No outside milk should be given as it contains certain bacteria that affects your child’s developing digestive system. Include methi in your daily diet to increase breastmilk supply. Consult a lactation expert for further advice.
