A. Yes it is mostly because a standard range is somewhere around five or maybe 5.5 so 12 is nothing as compared to that it can easily be reduced to 5 or so by keeping the challenge into phototherapy for 24 hours after that you should also try to give 30 to 40 minutes of time with indirect sunlight and vitamin D supplement for any one year
