#asktheexpert In this pandemic what is the balanced diet cha- -rt for kids and how should we engage our kids for regular study and what type of mind games ?

A. Hello Try to give only home cooked foods to your child. Avoid sugar laden foods, junk foods, maggi, chips, chocolates make children play outdoors for 1 to 2 hours daily Engage them in reading or creative activities like drawing, painting, dancing

A. Hi mom Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc in ur baby's diet. Secondly For mind games give educational information board games, riddles or puzzles to solve, mechanic games etc.
