Avoid sugar laden foods, junk foods, maggi, chips, chocolates
make children play outdoors for 1 to 2 hours daily

Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc in ur baby's diet.

For mind games give educational information board games, riddles or puzzles to solve, mechanic games etc.
